Terms of service

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans. Prices are shown on the billing page in INR (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated) or USD.
• Paid plans are one-time purchases of a 30-day pass. They do not auto-renew and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply to your payment.
• We may change prices or features with prior notice; changes do not affect passes already purchased.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
• Gems and XP are virtual, in-app rewards with no cash value; they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

You agree not to host, upload, share or generate content, or use the Service in a way, that:

• belongs to another person without the right to use it, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, harassing, defamatory, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or harmful to children;
• impersonates another person, deceives or misleads, or knowingly spreads misinformation;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order;
• contains malware or attempts to gain unauthorised access, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service;
• circumvents plan limits, abuses referral/gem systems, or uses automated means to create accounts;
• is used for academic dishonesty prohibited by your institution, or violates any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
